Description: This arts-based heuristic research presentation will explore how the art-making process can assist in therapeutically processing autonomic nervous system responses with clients managing stress levels and build connections to personal trauma. The inquiry will present current research to develop a link between the autonomic nervous system responses and Expressive Therapies Continuum.
